Last month, The Careerpass Network (CPN) – of which GradTouch is proudly a part –welcomed a new family member to the team, in the form of renowned UK jobs board graduatejobs.com.
This is Careerpass’ second acquisition in 2021, and fourth in the last two years. The Network is now made up of six independent brands that span every step of the career journey; from job promotion and advertising, to talent recruitment and assessment, to student engagement and university outreach.
With a combined user database of over 1 million students and graduates, and with over 3 million annual website visits to its jobs boards and talent assessment platforms, the Careerpass Network offers its employers near-unprecedented access to the UK’s talent pool.
In the last 12 months, we’ve reached 70% of student and graduate jobseekers and partnered with 30% of UK universities. Our employers also have access to our student and graduate database, which totals over 1 million users.
(Long story short, we’re kind of a big deal around here.)
So, how’s the future looking?
We’re not just collecting all these brands because we think we’re in some giant game of Pokémon, there’s a method to our madness.
Firstly, adding graduatejobs.com to our ever-growing network helps us do our job better. As one of the most-used job boards in the UK, the brand – along with its many subsidiaries like Graduate-women.com and Future-talent.com – has prime place in the market.
Bringing graduatejobs.com into the fold gives the Careerpass Network a stronger mainstream presence, from which we’ll be able to grow and nurture our graduate database, helping our employers to tap into a larger pool of early talent and connect to a variety of candidates to fit their roles.
Secondly, while graduatejobs.com allows us to expand our reach and market recognition, the Careerpass Network will also be using its advanced technical and marketing resources to help the brand capitalise on its heavy online traffic, with the ultimate goal of turning it into one of the best early talent jobs board in the UK – for both clients and users alike.
